Johnson Space Center Astronomical Society Meeting – ONLINE

The November meeting of the JSCAS will be held ONLINE, this Friday November 13th at 7:30 pm, on YouTube.  (See below.)  This month we will be joined by Dr. Christopher Johns-Krull, who will be speaking on ‘Characterizing Planets Around Other Stars: The Quest for Life on Other Worlds.’ Dr. Johns-Krull, a professor at Rice University’s Department of Physics and Astronomy, is currently researching T Tauri Stars.  Please join us this Friday as we explore some fascinating exoplanets.

Our meetings are held on the 2nd Friday of each month at 7:30 pm in the lecture hall of The Lunar & Planetary Institute. (3600 Bay Area Blvd. at Middlebrook Dr., aka USRA Bldg.)
