His primary research interest is the study of plasma physics and energetic particle phenomena in planetary magnetospheres and in the Earth's vicinity. He conducts research in space instrument design, space physics data analysis, and magnetospheric modeling.<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>LPI’s Cosmic Explorations presentation begins at 7:30 p.m., and will be followed by a light reception. The UBC parking lot will be on the right, just past Glenshannon Drive. Explorers of all ages are welcome to attend this FREE event on September 14, 2013. Learn about the Moon and the LADEE mission through hands-on activities and view the Moon and other objects through telescopes provided by the JSC Astronomy Society. There will be two presentations from LADEE Education Lead Brian Day and lunar rock samples from Johnson Space Center will be on display.
