[Cosmic-Explorations] 2015-2016 Cosmic Explorations Speaker Series

The Lunar and Planetary Institute (LPI) is pleased to announce the 2015-2016 Cosmic Explorations Speaker Series, Exploring the Solar System Today and Tomorrow. Presentations in this series will discuss planetary spacecraft missions currently in science operations, missions that will reach their destinations in 2016, and missions that will launch in 2016.

The first presentation in the 2015-2016 series will be September 3, 2015 at 7:30pm at LPI and will feature an update on the Dawn and New Horizons missions from LPI scientist Dr. Paul Schenk. A schedule of all the presentations is attached to this email. The schedule can also be viewed at http://www.lpi.usra.edu/education/lectures/.

LPI's Cosmic Explorations presentations begin at 7:30 p.m. and are followed by a light reception. LPI is located in the USRA building at 3600 Bay Area Boulevard in the Clear Lake region of Houston; the entrance is located on Middlebrook Drive.
